Cache Hostel & Hotel (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - close to the bustling fifth avenue but still in a quiet area. The hotel facilities were great, with a hot shower that had constant hot water and a powerful air conditioning system in the rooms. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. Another bonus was that the hotel is located near a public square that hosts events throughout the year, providing some extra entertainment. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even calling me when I was feeling ill to check on me and offer assistance. Lastly, the included breakfast was delicious and conveniently located just a short walk away.

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and there were a few things that I really liked about my stay. the hotel had a great location. It was just a short walk away from Quinta Avenida, which made it convenient for shopping and exploring the area. Additionally, the hotel had a nice little pool area where I could relax and soak up the sun. It was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

There were a few things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the hotel rooms were quite tatty and in need of some refurbishment.

I had a wonderful stay at Cache Hostel & Hotel in Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, 5th Avenue, and plenty of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff, especially Anabel and Alejandro, were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities like a safe and a hairdryer. The pool and concierge services were excellent. The complimentary breakfast at Como Como was delicious. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a small park right in front and a great restaurant called Como Como down the street.
